SANTA FE, N.M.

Santa Fe Century Ride

When, where: May 17, Santa Fe and vicinity

Highlights: Choose the distance that's right for you to discover -- from a bicycle seat -- the Santa Fe region, including the Turquoise Trail, local mountain ranges and old mining towns.

Cost: $20 for 100-mile riders, $15 for 75-mile riders, $13 for 25- or 50-mile riders, $30 for tandem teams.

Rose Festival
